Everest Consumer Services ripoff yet another victim falls prey Atlanta Georgia
Well at least I know I am not the only one who fell for this. I was suckered in just like so many of you. I received a phone call about 5pm on 8/30/04 by Samantha King Agent ID #166 and then spoke with Jack, who supposedly recorded our conversation, telling me that we had been approved for a $2000 credit card, all we had to do was pay the $299 up front and the card would be sent to us in 2 or 3 days.
Of course I was skeptical but I thought I ask all the right questions and really believed this was the real deal. Of course I was wrong. After talking with them and of course giving all my bank information I decided that something just didn't feel right so I looked the name of the company up on the internet and yes my suspicions were correct.
TO EVERYONE OUT THERE IF THIS HAPPENS THE ONLY THING TO DO IS TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY THEY CAN AND WILL GIVE YOUR BANK INFORMATION TO OTHERS AND YOU WILL BE DEBITED FOR THINGS YOU NEVER AGREED TO. LETS TRY TO BRING THESE PEOPLE DOWN, THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR ALL THEY HAVE.
