My Dad got Scammed ................by EVERGREEN INCENTIVE, INC be ware  of sweet talks

MY dad told me he received  email to work from home and after a couple of emails and also phone calls with  EVERGREEN INCENTIVE people sent a mail him with check for  $2300 to deposit in his  account and used the money for secret shopping work.  My Dad used the amount for secret shopping for less $100 then received a call to for change of plans/ and asked my dad to wired $ 1800  to Spain and  the bank later  told my  Dad  ...............the check that  cleared 3 days ago is a fraud check. and he owns the bank for $1900 and of cause he use the rest of the money thinking is working for a company as a secret shopper.

Daddy call the personal he was intouch at EVERGREEN INCENTIVE, INC and immediately the guy hang up on him.

I ask my dad to contact the FBI if they can help put this company out of business.

I check on the net for similar and came around similar from below lad...............this is so sad

Struggling mom gets scammed.....Feeling hopeless


i'm a single mom with two kids, one with downs syndrome. I struggle from paycheck to paycheck to make ends meet and never seem to get ahead.  I recently heard about online surveys to make extra cash. It sounded like a good deal to me, so I started signing up at different websites.

On Dec. 7th I received a letter in the mail from Evergreen incentive, Inc. saying I had been Picked to participate in an Undercover customer service Evaluation. There was a check enclosed for $2395.00.The letter said for me to call 1-972-819-9084 and speak with Sarah Hope or Sam Penny.I checked it out online and it seemed to be a legitament company.
So I called and spoke with a man claiming to be Sam Penny. He told me to take the check to my bank, deposit it and wait for it to go through. I did. I waited 24 hours, called the bank and they said the check had cleared. I figured if it wasn't real, the bank wouldn't cash it, much less give me the cash. Right? Wrong! So I then called the same number
back and spoke with the same man. He Said for me to withdraw $2055.00, Take $1855.00 to the western Union and wire it to another, associate with the company- Alex Loga in Valencia, Spain, then called the number back and spoke with Sam Penny and he told me to take the remainder of the cash, $66.45, and go to Wal-mart and shop. To buy whatever I wanted with it and to evaluate customer service. Then fill out the Observation report form I had received with the original letter, fax the completed form and all receipts to 1-888-816-9640. So after that I still had $340.00.

It seemed like easy money and I needed the extra help. But on the 13th of December is when I heard from my bank that the check was a fraud,and my account was overdrawn to the sum of $2200.00. I reported this to the police dept. however they said that there was really nothing they could do and that the bank was the victims and would their money.

I can not believe that anyone could or would do this to someone.  Especially this time of the year. Our Christmas was going to be slim but now we wont be having one at all. I can't even pay my bills. The bank won't close my account until the balance is paid, and the one paycheck I have coming before Christmas is going to have to pay my rent. ( If I
can get it cashed without the bank taking it.) I was told by the bank that I would not ever be able to open another checking account anywhere if the money wasn't paid in full. And also that if it wasn't resolved in a timely matter, I could be facing jail time. Please let me know if anyone can help me or knows what i can do. I'm running out of time and
can not believe this is happening to me. I feel helpless.
