He told me to file bankruptcy at the salt lake city courthouse and then the federal courthouse. I physically filed them and he would not help me with any questions, did not return my calls and said "What the hell elsr do you want me to do?" Salt Lake City Internet
I hired Joe Banks July 31, 2015 from an internet look up for "Eviction Attorneys. He told me he could help me with my 3 day eviction. He emailed me forms to file bankruptcy. I did not want to do this and tried to cantact him via email and his business phone but he would not return my calls. I physically filed then with state and federal courthouses. I have never filed for bankruptcy or have been evicted for a false accusation for vindication. I still had not heard from him and by this time I was having panic attacks, could not sleep, difficvulty at work wondering what would happen or what to do. H text me instructions for the bankruptcy that weren't complete. When he finally returned my call after begging him to help, he told me "I told you what to do now go do it! What do ;you want from me?" I have not heard from him again. I work 7 days a week to provide insurance for myself and my children and to just live in general and Joe Banks took my money and ran. My cased has not even begun and I'm desperate for help or advise.
