I have never been anyone to complain. I also wait till a person is honest and true on their work before making necessary actions. I tried to be patient with Christian Delgado on giving him a chance to correct who he was and what kind of business he was running. By all means everyone has a business to make whatever finances they need but this type of business is not something that you falsify especially when true people are trying to correct their situation. From day one I told Christian Delgado what my goals were when starting out he promised that he will make sure that he will removed and relocate after the whole eviction process. He keeps bringing up that he helped me stay in a apartment for months but I was locked out and left with no where to go. I trusted him but he failed to tell me that he is in the business to beat the system and not really help you make peace.
Once I figured out who he truly was he tried to call and say he was going to refund me money when he got paid. He then proceeds to block my number and I have not heard from him again l. I attempted to call him and he answered and said Christian Left for the day and h was Christian on the phone. One thing you don't do is play with others living situation. Due to a job shut down it caused me to be in the postion I was in. But I was trying to fix my situation. I even kept my word with a payment that Christian asked for of 100$ after being talked to disrespectfully from him I still woke up at 11pm and made sure he had a payment by 12am that night. All I'm asking is that he needs to let others know up front what kind of business he is running because it will save them a lot of stress and worry. If he had a heart he would find a new job because that's something you don't do to others. Put yourself in these clients shoes Christian Delgado so you can see how your services tears people up it's not right and you are not right. I told him I didn't want the money I just wanted him to stick to his word like I stuck to mine when he took my money. I don't care how a business is run but don't do to people that actually is trying to do The right thing

Tianda smith is nothing more than a liar. She wanted to keep abusing the system by continuing to stay there for months after we initially helped her back in April of 2017. She filed a complaint after august bcs she was evicted without a penny to her name. Tianda smith wanted to continue to live in her home for free without paying rent. Instead of saving money to prepare to move all she did was spend her money frivousoly and expected me to co sign her new apt bcs she has terrible credit. How can I help someone who has no type of ambition in life? She just wanted to abuse the system and when I decided not to help her anymore she files a complaint. I will show proof of how much I HELPED her I have a email thanking me for assisting her months after I stopped her eviction! Tianda you're nothing more than a liar and a freeloader
