Excalibre Management company and their attack dog Coast collection service are making a name for themselves as a two of the Crookist company in the HOA homeowners association bus. They fugde the numbers, harass members who do not like the tactics, the commingle funds, they asses charges that are illegal, interest rate that are illegal to you account. They know members will not do anything.............WRONG.
