Excel Acquisitions LLC NO RESPONSE TO LETTER OF VALIDATION North Falmouth Massachusetts
I checked my credit report on 8/14/07, everything looked ok until I came accross Excel Aquisitions. I tried to think who they where and what the debt was, so I gave them a call. Scott Taylor answered the phone. I told him who I was and aksed about the account. He stated that I did owe on the account,I then asked him who I owed the original debt to, he stated that he did not have the info at this location but he new i owed the money, he told me that if i paid right then I would not have to pay they years of interest. I told him if i did not know who it was origanally owed to why would i pay it? he stated that he would call me back with that iformation, he never called. I received a letter on 8/28/07 stating I owed 1684.35. I called them on the spot and asked once again who the debt was owed to origanly, this time I spoke with a women she stated that it was threw bank of america, I told her that i never had any kind of account with them she stated that you know you owe just pay it, I then asked her if I send you a bill stating that you owe me money would you pay it with out noing who it was owed to, she hung up on me.I called back and asked for there physical address the same women answered the phone, when I asked her there address she wanted to know my name address and SSN and why I needed it. When I would not give her this info she said i can not give you are address I stated that i needed to send a letter of validation she then told me to send it to the P.O. box on my letter. I told her how would i know if they received the letter she stated you won't and hung up. well I wrote a letter and sent it FEDEX to a physical address i found on the net but guess what it was incorrect but FEDEX found them and they signed for it. It is now 1/31/08 i never received any word back and it is now on my credit report for a larger amonut what should I do?

there physical address is wrong thay have moved Fedex found there new location. I will get it from them and ASAP
