The moving company gave us a low estimate and doubled the price on the day of the move, after our things were loaded on the truck. We had to give them a down payment of the new amount on the spot. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to put our goods into temporary storage with them. We tried to cancel the move and take possession of our goods. But the owner is demanding a ridiculous service fee in order for our things to be released.
