EXCEL VARTEC TELECOMMUNICATIONS ripoff- INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER GETS PAID 2 MONTHS FEES AT A MINIMUM FOR SIGN-UP Internet
I signed up for the service. On downloading there program something went wrong. I had to restore my computer in order to get back online. This was Nov.11,2003.
About a week later I called them and decided I didn't want the service.I was informed that a 30 day notice was needed to cancel. I said ok. So I have to pay this month and 7 days.
The guy said no you have to pay this month and next month. I said what. I've never even been logged on to the ISP and I have to pay 2 months?
He said yes we don't give partial payments back.
Beware of this scam.
