Excelsior emc over charging me on my electric bill they put in a new meter and IM only home two days out the week and they saying IM using over 100 kw per day. I ask them to send the people that install this meter out to look and see if something is wrong but they dont want to do that from 2-9-2016 to 2-12-2016 I got home and look at the meter its saying I usi Metter Georgia
someone need to look into excelsior emc they are ripping people off they have install new meter and its cost people lots of money. the new meter is got people using from a 100kw to 200kw per day that is so wrong for a company to steal from people that way my bill has double and nothing has change in my house it only me here IM not home doing the week days and my bill is over $300.00. I ask for them to come out and check the meter but they want something is very wrong my bill just got that way this month I ask her how many times do they come out and read the meter she said they read it from there office all IM tell you better read your on meter because there reading and your reading going to be different
