If you are looking for streaming video chat software and have money to "throw away" then Exciz.com is the company you need to deal with. Exciz.com will make every effort in their email responses to come off a a legitimate software company, selling a legitimate product for $1500 and/or development services but you will NEVER see any software of development services delivered after you pay your money to them using SWEG.
At that point they will stop responding to your emails, or may send one or two form type apology emails but they will never deliver the goods you pay for or return your money. If you try to locate Exciz.com through whois.com or any other means you know of you will NOT be able to locate their company address or anything else positive about them. They have been very good at taking all measures to make them appear invisible on all radar. Which is another indication you are dealing with a rip-off artist.
I know for a fact I am NOT the only person this has happened to but I may be the only person willing to share this information with you in hopes that you may save yourself the time, money and grief you will encounter if you have any dealing with Exciz.com. They are skillful people when I comes to writing glossy email to impress you but then most con artist are blessed with this gift, or maybe it just comes from repeated practice. Regardless, if you are looking for a video chat solution and think the Exciz.com is the answer, it is NOT. It is only the beginning of a problem that you will NOT be able to resolve quickly and you too will be posting the next article like this to inform others. My lesson to everyone is make sure you look to see how well a company hides their domain information, company address and other information before you buy. Companies like Exciz.com go to great lengths to make sure you can't get a hold of them to sue of just make personal contact. The people at Exciz.com know exactly what business they are in, and it's to extract substantial money from people expecting a product but never delivering!
