I ordered a camcorder, when I read the offer I printed it and it stated that the camcorder was 799.99 and just after ordering was removed and price increased, when I called to confirm the guy says that I will only receive a camera body (not advertised on site ad)

I decline to add more items thinking he was just trying to upsell me.

later about three weeks I call to check status and lady answers hangs up on me twice, same voice answers like" yeah hello?" not professional at all instead of thanks for calling customer service... anyway, i give order number she says it's back ordered, I am so nervous that i am being taken, I say i want to cancel, she says alright. and thank you that my order has been canceled, then says I will recieve an email confirming this, two days pass nothing. so I atempt to call two days in a row all i get is a recording saying we apoligize we are closed refer to the website for hours of operation... the site says they are Eastern time, when I have called it was within time , I feel like I will never get my 800.00 dollars back. can u help me.

well left 3 emails, when I try to cancel order they only have one person answering phones-Michelle- that now when a person calls in they cannot even reach customer service, the message says "sorry we are now closed if you have a problem with your order leave a message at ext 300, so I have left 4 messages stating I want to cancel my order, my order is in back order, so they should be able to cancel with out charging me, but nothing gets done, also says someone will be getting back to me shortly to follow up on the message I left , but the recording is just a scam also, I feel like I will not even get my money back at this point not sure what to do. they are a true scam, never had such a bad time with an internet purchase before, I should fly up there to Jamacia New York, wish i could. thanks Patti
