Expedia ripoff tricked and lied to us Internet
I mistakedly added cancellation insurance to my package because during the booking process I was informed that the packeage included"special vacation airfare" so the cancellation insurance would cover all the cost if I had to cancel.
After I finalized the purchase, my printout said that the package included "published airfare" which meant the cancellation insurance was useless. I tried immediately to cancel the insurance and Expedia refused to do so. I understand why they would refuse if I tried to cancel it a week before my trip but I was booking for April and contacted them immediately. Of course, I guess fair treatment from a microsoft company is not to be expected
