I am going to keep this simple.

I applied to Expedite Solutions. At the time I applied they had employee drivers. I talked to Stephanie Leland[director of operations]about potetential earnings. I was hoping to earn a little more, but decided that I would be able to get by on what was promised.

I researched the company online and found several negative reports. I considered that the reports could have been written by disgruntled employees. I talked to Stephanie about the negative reports, she assured me the reports were definately from people who could not budget their money. I gave Expedite Solutions the benefit of the doubt and set up my orientation.

We arrived at the company owned house. Fortunately we packed with the knowledge that we would be living in a truck for awhile. The house was somewhat dirty and toilet paper was not even provided. The house rules stated that you would be charged if you did not clean up after yourself, which meant to me that the house should have been spotless considering the amount of the charge would allow Expedite solutions to hire a proffessional cleaning company if the previous people did not cleam up after themselves. Also only one shower worked, thank God we were the only two in the house or getting a shower would have been somewhat frantic.

OK my POINT.. Stephanie withheld information. I would have never went to their orientation if all of the fees that Expedite Solutions charges were put on the table before I agreed to waste my time and money driving to their facility. These are fees that most companies typically pay for themselves. DOT physical and drug tests $100.00 per driver. Driver is responsible for tolls. Administration fees $25.00 per driver per week. $50.00 per driver per week into a savings plan....later to be explained as a safety account, which would end after the account had $5000.00 in it and would pay for damages to the vehicle. I think that charge is somewhat acceptable, but most likely should hav e been disclosed before we decided to spend time and money driving to indianapolis.

Most transporatation companies allow drivers to take cash advances on their paychecks. So does ES. But however, because they are not a bank, they charge you 10% interest on those cas advances. I'd assume that because they are not a bank would mean that they are not legally allowed to charge interest on cash advances. I guess they would also not pay any interest on the so-called savings plan???

When ever Stephanie talked about fees and what not she made it very clear that her company was in business to make money and she was sure we could understand that. However when we realized that our income was decreasing by the second Stephanie became extremely irritated and rather bitchy. Telling us that if we did not know how to budget our money that we were most likely in the wrong line of work.....well let me tell you Something Stephanie.....I have A+ credit. You can confirm that with any Credit reporting company....I budget very well.

The other the couple who were in orientation with us, were also mislead. They were also demeaned by Stephanie. And also decided not to pay for the priveledge of working for ES.

When i checked ES.com I noticed that they no longer have an employee program.

I wonder how ES has managed to stay in business for 9 years and will track them to see how much longer they can stay in business.

I know I am leaving a few things out..just trust that this is not a company you want to get involved with.

What you have stated above is the everything in a nutshell. We are not able to reach out to one another, and ES has made sure of that. That is part of the reason they tell their new drivers not to communicate with other drivers. I too check this site on a regular basis, waiting for the same results. One of these days, they will get theirs. Another reason they are able to get away with it is by offering to refund the monies back to the drivers on the condition of them not saying anything about them. I know this for a fact. I know a team who had all kinds of things they were going to reveal on here as to how crooked they are, but they wanted out of their contract early, so therefor they offered to give them the monies they had coming to them in return they had to sign a paper stating they would not say anything negative about ES. or they could be sued. If you a a legit company why do you need to do things like that? Is that not blackmail? It is in my book. I can't wait till the day comes when someone gets the best of them. As far as Stephanie, definately has not changed since I was there, she has always been a b***h once confronted with the truths. As long as you keep your mouth shut to her and ask no questions, you will have no problems. (In other words if you don't question your pay, or should I say your lack of pay, then she is fine but if you question it, here comes the b***h). I just hope to see someone take them down as well. One of these days. I wish there was a way for everyone to come forward, cause we all know there are so many more out there. I would bet there are hundreds. For every 4 teams that start with them maybe 1 will last and say they are a good company. I guess that comes with the part of having to please a few here and there so SOMEONE will have something good to say about them.

ROFLMAO! Yep! Same old Stephanie! Things haven't changed one bit at good old Expedite Solutions. Still ripping people off! How do they get away with it for 9 years you ask? That is simple, the teams they are ripping off are spread over 48 states with no way to contact one another! Every team is just that 'one' team out of hundreds. Most of these teams do not 'surf' the net, or know to check sites like Ripoffreport.com. Of the 14 reports on Ripoffreport.com there are teams doubled, trippled, even quadrupled up under one report. That helps Expedite Solutions in itself as when their name is typed in only the 14 reports are showing. Only 14! Not bad out of hundreds of teams they have hurt! No one knows how to contact each other for the most part. Those of us that do happen to run into each other out on the road do not have the time it takes to do anything about it as it would cost us more time down and of course time is money. For each week your not moving you lose anywhere from 1000 to 2000 dollars in pay and that is not even including lawyer fees, filing fees, research, ect. Expedite Solutions count on teams not wanting or being able to take the time and money it would take to bring them to task for their dishonesty. So you ask, "how do they get away with it"? Now you know! No one knows how to stop them, or for those that do know how are lacking the time and/or money to do so! As for reporting them to BBB, they are members, they pay their fees, the BBB is not going to do anything about it. Report them! To who? Even if we do figure out who to report them it is still one or two teams reporting a company that has hundreds of teams going through their doors each year. So, all they do is say your a disgruntled that doesn't know how to budget. Do you have the names and phone numbers of all the other teams they have cheated and stolen from? NO! None of us do. The only way we can contact one another is through sites like this, and of course no phone numbers, e-mails, or addresses are allowed to be left. So, even though sites like this make us feel better knowing we are not the only ones trying to do something about it, they still do not help. Why? We still cannot get each others information, we still do not have the names and information of all those that have gone before or after us. Each of us can only prove it was done to us not that it is a common practice of Expedite Solutions. This is how they are getting away with it and will continue to get away with it. I perodically check this site, why? Because I am just waiting for the day Kyle and Stephnie run across someone that does have the time, money and inclination to bring them to task for what they are doing. Someone that will be able to figure it out and get us all togeather! Thats why! Remember sooner or later every bully runs up against someone bigger and badder than they are! Well, I am waiting for the day Kyle Ochs and Stephnie Leland run up againt that person!

I see they are still up to the same things huh. I don't understabd how this fake company can keep getting away with the things they do and why no one will look into them deeper. Too many people saying the same thing. One big question. Why would there be these post from this many digruntled employees if they were so good? Are ther 9 out of every 10 that are hired just disgruntled? If so why? Maybe cause everything stated about them is the truth.
