Was on line at AOL site and clicked a link for purchasing a vehicle report from Experian Autocheck for $10.99. I was charged $44.99 by Experian Autocheck. I contacted Experian Autocheck's customer service and exchanged emails with Lesley (who is totally clueless regarding good customer service) and was advised a credit would be issued for part of the amount but not the full $34.00 due me for purchasing a single report. Was told that thru Experian's website the charge was $29.99 and thru AOL link the charge was $10.99. Told cluess Lesley that I got to the Experian site via the AOL link. Still no refund. BUYERS BE AWARE: You are better off selecting a report from some other car history reporting serrvice than this clown riddled Experian organization.
