My husband & myself fell victims to "mortgage fraud" by not only Taylor, Bean & Whitaker, out of Ocala, Florida, but also their co-conspirators, Great Commission Realty/Gilbert "BUD" Jones a.k.a. Bud Jones Realty, Battlefield, Mo..Original lender Oakstar Bank/Lisa Schupbach/Julie Barker..Their appraiser, Mary Kym Craft a.k.a. Kym M. Craft..As well as a fraudulent appraiser (Cynthia Speckman) out of Springfield, Mo.

"This is a proven fact beyond a doubt!!" Taylor, Bean & Whitaker/Craig Robeson Weitzel hired Miss Speckman to falsify her appraisal report by copying off of the original (Miss Craft's) false report..TBW/Craig Weitzel & Miss Speckman got caught "immediately" for falsifing her appraisal report..So then Mr. Robeson contacted my husband, and stated he/TBW was sending out another appraiser..Mr. Weitzel even asked my husband, "what do you feel your damages should be?"..

My husband replied, that "he wanted the sell reversed like it never happened and our money back"..This second (Samatha Balsamo) appraiser that TBW used, did an "honest and professional appraisal" on the home we purchased unknowingly via "mortgage fraud" and was foreclosed via "mortgage fraud"..None of the above expected Miss Balsamo to be the "ONLY HONEST" (appraiser) person, besides "OURSELVES BEING HONEST" (THE BUYER'S/VICTIMS) that unfortunately got involved in this "mortgage fraud" scheme that was planned, plotted and executed starting with Great Commission Realty/Gilbert "Bud" Jones and ending with TBW/Craig "Weezle" Robeson..

The final appraisal, "proved beyond a shadow of a doubt" that we had been "scammed; fell victims to "mortgage fraud" and yet TBW foreclosed on the home, and put a negative against us.."Note".Before the final and honest apprraisal was done, "we" already had more then enough proof to show "mortgage fraud"..Miss Balsamo's appraisal report was just the icing on the cake..

We never got to live in the home, because it wasn't the home we were led into believing we had purchased, and also was "unliveable" thanks to the above names/companies, that have no values, principals, intregity, dignity and more importantly "honesty"..Excluding Miss Balsamo..These "parasites" stoled our savings (over $13,000's) and ruined our once good credit, all because the "almighty dollar supercedes, above anything and anyone with them"..

Experian is no better as far as "we" are concerned.."They are ONLY one-sided..The truth, the facts, the proof against TBW and their co-conspirators doesn't matter, because collection agency's gain (by the almighty dollar) from the misfortune of others"..Hundreds, possibly thousands of people/clients have fell victims to "fraud" with TBW and no doubt the other "parasites" mentioned..Our case is nothing short of "MORTGAGE FRAUD" and yet "WE" (the victims/innocent) are being penalized for the illegal activities/actions of those lowlife, rotten, theiving, lieing, yellow bellied cowards of companies/people as Taylor, Bean & Whitaker and others as mentioned above..

"They "ALL" including Experian are pathetic souls!!".."These lowlife's "judgement day" will come, and indeed will have to pay for their "illegal actions"..So until then, "continue counting the money "YOU" have scammed off of people/clients to fall asleep" instead of counting sheep; because, and remember this.. "Life isn't like a box of chocolates; more like a jar of jalapenos..What you do today, could burn your a** tomorrow!"..Below is from the FBI.."EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO "US" THAT TBW TOOK PART IN ALONG WITH THEIR MISSOURI CO-CONSPIRATORS!!"

Property is purchased, falsely appraised at a higher value.

What makes property illegal is that the appraisal information is fraudulent. The schemes typically involve one or more of the following: fraudulent appraisals, doctored loan documentation, inflating buyer income, etc. Kickbacks to buyers, investors, property/loan brokers, appraisers, title company employees are common in this scheme. A home worth $20,000 may be appraised for $80,000 or higher in this type of scheme.

Inflated Appraisals. The report inaccurately states an inflated property value.
