The locksmith company in Louisville CO that advertises online as www.locksmithlouisvilleco and goes by the business name Expert Locksmith is a company to avoid. I was lied to about the timeframe to expect the locksmith to unlock my vehicle. I was told less than 20 minutes and it was nearly an hour and a half before he arrived. I received a text message halfway through my wait saying he was 5 minutes away. A lie to no doubt keep me from calling someone else at that point. When the tech finally arrived and unlocked the truck he told me the charge was $200 and that cash was the only acceptable form of payment. He then said he would follow me to an atm so I could make a withdrawal. I called the company back because I thought it had to be just a bad tech trying to rip me off. The company didn't care about any of it and completely disregarded my frustration and concerns. Standard operating procedure I guess. I'm not the type to take the time to wrie a review but I was and am so angry and disgusted by this event that I had to. This the only place I could find to post this review and if one person reads it and prevents them from using this terrible business it will have been well worth my time.
