Experts Air duct pros Ripe off and unprofessional Atlanta, California
I scheduled an appoitment for someone to come out for February 6, 2015. between the times 3pm- 5pm. I paid for the services through living soical about a month ago. I phoned Expertss Air Pros to confirm my appointment about 11;00 am when I didn' hear from anyone. I was told on three (3) diffrent representatives on three diffrent times that someone meaning a tech would call me in 10 mins and to no avail that never happened. I phoned living soical to get a refund and I continued to call the company to see what happened?? I took off work for this appointment and for them to do a no show, no call is unproffessional to say the least.!!!!!! I would not recommend or refer a cat to them and I will never do business with a company of such poor caliaber.
