Just to update, I recieved a call from Shocka, from ExploreTalent today. She was very apologetic with the situation and said they had experienced several issues with Photo22 and as a result are no longer working with them. I was also offered a few free months of their service and I will most likely take them up on the offer. Thank you, ExploreTalent, for fixing this situation and for realizing the issues with Photo22.
