I have bought couple parts from the EXPRESS BODY PARTS, N.H.

Bought 2 parts from this company so called "Express Body Parts" a front passinger side fender and front driver side head light for Mercedes Bens S500.suppose to be new parts.

When I got my parts about week of delevery I had the right Fender but a totally used head light, when I opened the order. I Express Body Parts, the sales person I ordered from named "VA" told that he didn't send the wrong part why would he do that, when I explained to him why would I ordered something I don't need, he said thats what I was thinking about it too, why would you need the wrong side, but I sent it anyway, back and forth talking. he finaly said I can't take the parts back, you owned it.

I told him you sent me the wrong one I shouldn't be liable for the re-stock fee 25% of $250 dollars ? when I am getting the wrong part. He didn't have answer kept on giving me excuses, about owner and manager I asked him I wanna talk with the manager, then he said he is the manager, I was lost myself.

after another day I called him again to refund my money to my credit card, he said he'll call me back never did at all, other thing he wasn't suppose to charge me for the shipping I still see delevery charge, $10

MY ADVICE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING PARTS FROM THAT PLACE. Im gonna file complaine with BBB and the Attoney General

Our company carries brand new parts only. This customer requested us to find an original used part from local stores because he could not find it anywhere. We search the local stories and found the part he needed. Since we bought the light from other store, we had 15 days to return the item back to seller. We shipped the item to this customer with a brand new fender which we had in stock. After 90 days, he called and claims that he got the wrong side headlight. We have a copy of his order which was a passenger side headlight. We told him in first day that return policy is 15 days, and will not take any return after 15 days for any reason. This is a false report since you can check our eBay store and see our 9600 positive feedback.
