I pursued this with the Florida State Attorney General to be told that this company was not in violation of anything. Mr. Rashford wrote a letter which were a bunch of lies. It puzzles me as to how this company has gotten away with so much and as of today the complaints still come in. The Attorney General's Office in Florida is probably rigged by Mr. Rashford himself and that's why nothing is being done.

I want you people to know that whoever got jacked by this company to pursue it. Use whatever means you have to. I've been going back and forth with them and after submitting my copy of my complaint to the Attorney General's Office to Express, they started calling me. Isn't that a miracle? They say they are a financially stable company, no one got jacked, checks never bounced, blah blah blah. I told them to check out this website because I don't think it's my imagination that they are doing something wrong. As far as repairing my credit that can't be helped but they have agreed to give me a refund. Call 1-850-488-2221 to get a complaint form. File a complaint at this website: www.ifccfbi.gov too. Don't make the authorites think it's a minor complaint. They need to know what's going on. PURSUE IT!!!!
