My complaint is the car that I basically been paying for should've been paid off already. I know I have some late payments, because I was a student  and I was just starting school. To be honest I wasn't trying to get a car then,  but my car I had before broke down and I had to be in school. So my dad brought me to Express Credit Auto on NW 39th. So I did the application process and I got approved. But before I accepted it. I prayed to God that If I  get this car,  please let me be able to make the payments because I was a student.  So after that. The car I got was a good car. I never had any major problems with it.  So that was about 3 years ago or longer and this journey with Express Crédit Auto has been pure hell, excuse my french. It was times I made a payment and I get in the car. It was turned off because Express Credit Auto computer didn't recognize my payment I guess. But this happened so many times. Now as of July I basically loss my job and I didn't qualify for unemployment and my bills are piling up. Now Express Credit Auto want there vehicle back.  I guarantee if you add all the payments I made on that car, it more than paid off. But I know that life is not always fair, but they can come get it! I promise U that Express Credit Auto will never get a referral from me. I wouldn't wont my family & friends, to go through what I've been through. Goodbye Timothy H

All THEIR Fault, Right???

You freely admitted you did not know for a fact if you could afford this car but you signed the contract anyway. Smart! You then stated dealing with them was a ******* experience. I wonder why that would be? If you make your payments on time, you NEVER need to deal with them! You also admitted you were a late payer. Guess what? When you pay late you generate extra interest for them! The bottom line here is it was YOU who turned on their collections machine and it was YOU who broke the contract. They aren't interested in any referral from you because it was YOU who turned out to be a deadbeat. Ah yes...it's all their fault, isn't it? Let me save you time and effort...don't bother writing back something stupid like, "You must work for them". I'll save you the trouble...I don't!
