I ordered brake pads in January. The email said they were in a backorder status several days later. Two weeks later I cancelled the order per stated conditions due to non-shipment. After a few weeks I emailed the company and was told it would take 30 days to process the refund. After these 30 days and no refund, I was told it would take another 30 days. This company gave me the run around and never refunded my money. I ended up with no parts and no money. Visa said due to being over 60 days that they wouldn't due anything. I reported them to law enforcement but nothing has happened as yet. YOUR FOOLISH IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
