Email receipt stated that I will receive confirmation when my order is shipped. Website says shipment usually goes out in one business day, but up to three.

2 days later, no email so I call them and am informed that for Canadian orders shipment may take up to 10-15 days to be received.

I request them to cancel my order since there is nothing about this on their website and since they have not shipped the order out.

Am informed by manager that they have no way of knowing if items have shipped, and no way of canceling the order. I politely request that they call the warehouse or whomever to find out if it has shipped, and if not, cancel.

Manager repeatedly tells me that they need to wait for the tracking information to know if it has been shipped, in response to me requesting a refund, which eliminates the possibility of canceling the order.

Seems they don't like providing refunds, are an online only business, and try to keep you paying them despite the incorrect information on their website. How can I trust that the paint color I get will match my car?

Filed a claim with PayPal due to their horrid customer service.
