Extended Lengths Beauty Supply Gia COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM Internet
I ordered several hundred dollars worth of products in October 2009, which were not recieved. Many emails were send to the "supposed customer service re" GIA through my work email and she apologized for not getting me the products. In December she said she would send my information to the billing department. No refund was issued. It is now FEBRUARY 2010. I have no products. I have no money. And they will not return my calls. And they will not return my emails. I have reported them to VISA and to the POLICE. And i intend to haras them and report them to the Business Bureau and take them to small claims court. I have no time for this.
I fulllly expect a memeber of the company probably under the title "owner" to write a rebuttal for this claim like they have done so for the last 4 people who have written these similar reports. In one report they even said to the customer, send me your info and I will contact you. WELLLL..now isn't that what I have been doing over the past 4 MONTHS!!!??? If you intended on solving this problem you would respond to my work emails. I have SAVED them all one by one just so you know so I can file a nice detailed complaint and get my money back.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! And do not wait longer than 3 months, contact VISA after 1 month if you don't recieve your products. The company makes you wait on purpose leaving you with small claims court to deal with hoping you wont bother.
