Extended Warranty - Mepco UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAMMERS, TOTAL RIP-OFF St.Peters Missouri
This was one of the biggest mistakes of my life! I purchased a policy through Extended Warranty Corp. I didn't want to make monthly payments, so I paid for the entire policy with a check through my credit card company in the amount of $3,500.00. Not long after, I decided I did not want the policy and since it was within 30 days I decided to cancel it and request a refund. However, this is when the problem started! EWC is the most rude and unproffessional company I have ever encountered. Not only have they refused to return my money, it takes at least being transfered 4 times before you can actual speak with someone. I have filed a case through BBB and hopeful they can help me resolve this matter. This situation has been ongoing since October 2008. Please do not make the same mistake I did and do business with this company. Currently, I am in contact with the State Attorney Gernerals office regarding this matter. EWC was listed as having a "D-" rating with the BBB.
