Extrella Intercontinental Seguros phoney lottery notification Ripoff Madrid Spain
Receive a letter today that contends that I won over $400,000 in a Spanish lottery that I did not enter. Like the other postings, I am supposed to keep quiet, but call a phone number (in Spain?). Letter is full of bad spelling and grammer. Envelope has no return address. How does one contact postal authorities as the phone number in the letter presumably works and could be traced.
