when ask about the features there were excuses .. excuse#1 sometimes there are mistakes in our adds and we don't always catch them. excuse #2 when we had it looked over the air worked just fine. blablabla.. the entire experience was just unfortunate and after doing alot of checking around they really do not have a good reputation in customer service or otherwise. I unfortunately should of assisted in the matter sooner.

Did they remove or damage the eight features after she took the vehicle out for a test-drive?

us more information as we cannot find any records that match your complaint.
If you are in fact a real customer, you would know that we always go the extra mile to help our customers. We also have a full service shop, and your recollection of event do not add up as we would have asked you to bring in your vehicle to our service department and there are no records of such complaint.

when they locked the doors to the car lot office, and took out their gun and held it to your GROWN daughter's head until she signed on the contract to buy that lemon, I hope after she left (in fear of her, and her children's lives), that she called the Police, and they arrested those b*stards for false imprisionment, and assult by threat.
