Complaint Review: Extreme Supplements - Internet

I ordered the WeightLoss package that was advertised for $44.95 this was to include as per their website 6 week supply of weight loss tablets. I had used this brand of tablet before but never from this company so I knew the tablets worke hence why I ordered them.The total deduction on my Credit card was meant to be $50.90 inclusive.

When I placed my order as I am outside the USA it charged me the fee for the tablets of $44.95 above and then an additional fee of $5.90 for shipping. After I paid on a secure server I was shown a confirmation receipt that I would receive my purchase within 2-4 days from the date of order. Within 24 hrs I subsequently received an email saying that my card would show a debit from Worldwide Nutrition and that I would receive my order in 9-11 days.

So I emailed them and sent a copy of the original receipt and the details on it re delivery, I was told that as I was outside the USA that this wasn't applicable yet it is what their own system generated. Today I checked my bank account online and saw that they charged me $74.95 instead of the above amount. I immediately rang the International Number for a very irate man to answer the phone and tell me that this was his personal number and he was sick of getting calls on it for a company and man he has nothing to do with, then he slammed the phone down. This number is (702) - 405-8371 and is the International Number on their website but clearly it is fake.  The other number for those in the USA is 1 -888-621-7195 when you ring it goes to a strange voicemail but is inactive also. So a total scam

I immediately emailed a man called Michael as that was what was on the previous correspondence he told me that they charged me International Fees for shipping but they did this without any additional notification to me and without my consent they amended the charge on my card. He also said that instead of sending 3 bottles they sent less but didn't specify the amount however on their website they state that for International Shipping they must send no less than 3 bottles as per the data below again from their website

• All International packages are sent via Priority Air Mail and take an average of 6-9 days to arrive

So this company not only falsely advertise a product at a specific price - They then go and charge you additional fees without your permission which is fraud if they change anything on the amount that you have agreed to pay without your consent, they also have fake phone numbers and also don't send the customer the products ordered and charged for. They reduce the order and increase the price without any knowledge or consent

TOTAL RIP OFF ARTISTS AND ALL SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY - YES THIS PRODUCT DOES WORK BUT WHETHER OR NOT IT EVER ARRIVES FROM THEM IS ANOTHER THING AND NOW I WONDER WHAT WILL ARRIVE- BUT BE CAREFUL THEY CHARGE YOU FEES THAT YOU ARE NOT ADVISED OF AT CHECK OUT AND THEY AMEND YOUR CARD TO WHAT THEY WANT THAT IS ILLEGAL AND THAT IS FRAUD- 

When I told them that this was Fraud they didn't reply to me but I will not allow them to Rip me and others off as clearly this is a well thought out scam as the Website is very detailed and even has secure ssl on it yet it is clearly a fake
