this comp is owend by jacob sanchez he is a out wright liar he will tell you what you want to hear to get you to go to work for him then when you start to work he renigs on the deal he dont pay when he says he will and he dose not pay what he says he will he will tell you you make 35% of what the truck makes but you will never make over 10.00 a lode he will not tell you what the lodes pay so you cant figure out what he owes you for your selfand if you take a day of for any reson you get 2 more days off as punishment i took a dayoff because my dad went to the ER and i got 3 days off hear is a example of the kind of person jacob is this year thanks giving fell on a thursday jacob knowing that most of his drivers where broke and need there cks to buy thanks giving for there families so hedid not give the drivers there cks on wensday like every other comp. he made them wait till the friday after thanksgiving after 5:30 pm and then he made shure that he held them there long anuff so thay could not get to the bank to cash them be for the bank closed i quit extrem for many resons but the main reson is the trucks thay are a death trap he will not put tires on them all the tires i have seen on his trucks are so bald that if you where to have to stop in a emergancy with a lode on you would probly blow half of them out and if you get stoped by the dot you are screwed he will not fix any thing that is in dot violation and if you get a ticket for a dot violation he will not pay it or fix the problum so you can have the ticket dismissed if you have a problum on the road jacob will not be there for you he will send his flunky ken to take the heat from the cops he will not answer his phone when you need him and if you go on a hourly job and the coustmer asks you to hall a lode some place other then where thay to;d jacob where you where halling even if it is a shorter hall and you do it instead of the costomer sending you to the yard for not doing what thay asked and you cant get a hold of jacob because he wont answer his phone and then you call ken his flunky and ken tells you to do what the coustmer wants you will get 3 days off even thow jacobs costomer has asked for you and has told jacob that if he did not send you he did not whant a truck and then jacob calls you and yells at you like a child for him not being able to work a truck this man is a nut cass he has on morals and dose not give one care for his fellow man he would rather see some one get killed by one of his trucks then spend o cent on them to make them safer and if the DOT gives him a ticket or a fine he takes it out of the drivers pay he laughs at the DOT laws he thinks he is above them and he only hires drivers that ether dont have a class a license or there license is so bad thay cant get a job driving any where else his trucks are a bad wreck wating for a place to happen he dose not pay taxes and he will leve you out to dry with the IRS like i said this comp is a danger to the drivers and the public stay away from jacob and extrem trucking

Obviously the man that wrote this was very angry at the time, and was probably just venting his frustrations. The comments to his grammer and spelling were also incorrect. I know this person and from what I have witnessed all teh statements above are correct about him. Ask anyone that has done business with him and they will tell you the same. I am not just talking about people that work/worked for him. I am talking about the people in the city of Alvin that he has done business of some/any kind with Sanchez. That is why I have never had any business dealings with him. He thinks he is a big dog, but if he really knew what people said about him he would probably never leave his house. I think it is funny that he thinks he has everyone fooled as far as the type of person he is. Just remember my friend you reap what you sow...

i don't feel that is is necessary to make fun of, or put down someone for there writing abilities. This man wanted to warn other people out there so that no one else got ripped off by this company. I find that badgering him over his smarts isn't a very nice thing to do. What if one of you were looking for a job, like most are these days, and you did you research and found out things like this. How ever many punctuation errors there might be, it is still worth reading to save your self a waste of time. So I say thank you good sir for trying to help other people. Just ignore all these other people they are just ungrateful, or work for the company!

The first thing you should do is go back to the third grade and learn some basic grammar, spelling,and communications skills. Illiteracy may be the main reason you cannot get a good job. It does matter.
Now, you say he does not pay taxes? Is he illegally calling you an "independent contractor"? If so, go to the IRS website or local office and get form "SS-8" , "Determination of Worker Status". Have someone literate fill it out for you, and mail it in to the IRS. Keep a copy for your records. This will take care of the tax thing.
Go to the FMCSA website and get the local DOT info for your area and file a complaint for the unsafe vehicles.
Under the CDL rules, it is YOUR responsibility to operate a safe and legal vehicle. If it is unsafe and/or illegal. It is your LEGAL responsibility to refuse to drive it.
But, since you QUIT, things changed for you legally.You can still file the SS-8 for taxes and the safety complaints. You may even be able to file labor charges for untimely pay and even lost wages if they do an audit.
You may be able to file a hostile workplace complaint with USDOL if you were coerced to do illegal things, or if he threatened you in any way, or even used vulgar language towards you, etc. And, he cannot deduct anything out of your pay that was not disclosed and agreed to pre-hire. He cannot deduct DOT fines, or truck repairs, etc. Totally illegal.
The bottom line here is that literacy = credibility, and credibility = respect.
If you appear to be an idiot, people will treat you like an idiot, and take advantage of you.

How about using a dictionary and some elementary school level grammar when posting.......it kind'a helps the reader make sense of your post!
