Complaint Review: Extremespells.com - Internet

My name is Sam Taylor & I am the Customer Relations rep for Extreme Spells, ExtremeSpells.com & Dynamic Enterprises.



I just found this original posting concerning our Circle and I want to take a moment of your time and reply.  I must admit the above posting does sound like it was written by someone from Extreme Spells.  I want to inform everyone reading this that is was not. 

I thank the person or client that posted it and want to express all of the Circles appreciation.

Regardless, the bottom line is we never post opinions about ourselves online as another person or client.  The above post was not created and posted by anyone at ExtremeSpells or the Circle at ExtremeSpells.com

In spite of all the false postings online made by a former competitor (as well as the legit complaints by real clients) we want you to know that when you serve the public, you cannot always make 100% of your clients happy 100% of the time.  We do our very best but in business, you will always have unhappy customers.  Even if you sold dollar bills for 50 cents you would have customers complain.  This is simply the nature of doing business. 

We at Extreme Spells do our BEST to provide all our clients, new and old with the best service we can.  Most importantly, we NEVER claim to have a 100% Casting success rate nor do we persuade potential clients with lies and false promises.  No true Spell Caster can ever say this. 

The Truth is we have a VERY high success rate but it is not 100%.  If any customer, like the one above, has a problem or complaint, we always encourage them to let us know.  It is true we have been very busy with our new Casting methods but not to the point where we ignore our clients.

A HAPPY CLIENT IS A CLIENT WE CAN SERVE FOR LIFE. 

This is what is most important to us.  Of course we enjoy selling our service but we also get a great amount of joy from clients when we hear how happy they are or how they are not suffering any longer or how they got the job or how they are getting married. 

We have been invited to several wedding that our clients credit us for.  This means the WORLD to us.  To hear this brings us a happiness money never would. 

We have countless clients that have become very good friends to our circle. 

We are NOT a fraud, we are NOT a scam, we are NOT rip offs.

We ARE just as we say but we are also human and will continue to do our best for our clients as we have from day one. 

We could change our website name and hide from false reports and unscrupulous competitors but we choose not to.  We are proud of our progress thus far and will not change or hide due to several negative comments.  For every Spell that fails we have 100 more Spells that have made people very happy.  Sadly, the negative comments are the ones that really have an impact.  They are the ones that potential clients read and believe.

We want everyone to know we care deeply, we do our best and we NEVER neglect or forget about our clients.  

It is no secret we certainly have been very busy with new casting methods and casting routines but this does not mean in any way we are not working as hard as we can for our customers.

In fact, we have been casting 6 days a week for over a year now.  We have several hours twice a week to take care of e-mails and this can get hectic.  We all have home lives and other duties so it can be a real challenge to keep everything running smoothly and reply to every e-mail quickly but we certainly do our best.

We have been online for 6 years now because of the following...

1.  We are as we claim on our site.  No more / no less.

2.  We are NOT a fraud or a rip off site.

3.  We deliver results of we refund our clients, period.

4.  97% of our clients walk away HAPPY and many return to us for other needs

5.  We run our site within the law and follow every law and rule of the net. 

If we were a complete fraud we would be out of business and would not be able to be in business with other reputable companies that host our site and process our order for 6 years now.

If you are already a client and have concerns please be certain to read the E-mail that was sent to you when you ordered as well as the QUESTIONS section.  It is very likely you missed important parts of the directions and procedures.  99% of the time an unhappy client simply did not read the Directions or the E-mail we sent them to read.  It contains casting directions, new contact directions, where to read about their casting report and more.

I've contacted this company and haven't received a msg regarding my order. WTH! What kind of company is this?! Very disappointed.

Another rip off company - and apparently not smart enough to not advertise on the ripoff board.

These people threaten to destroy your life by releasing personal information if you ask for a refund. Run, don't walk.
