Having read the comments on your rip off report I feel I must add additional comments and information on Eyecare International Ltd. As stated this company is another scam run By Aaron Gershfield & Ian Harries- aided and abetted by Yogish Bafna (director of several of his companies and keeper of passports). Sandeep Chauhan known as the fat buddha he is little more than a trained gofer and about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Aaron is also able to rule the building with the further help of his company solicitor Stephanie Kleyman who has proved very useful when it comes to shedding staff by dubious methods she is affectionately known as the tame pittbull.
Arron Gershfields illustrious career began at his father Ivors knee who was having companies wound up by the high court since the early eighties. Aarons first wind up was SaxonClass in 1984 this company had name change to City and Westminster Financial Plc and this company was in turn at the centre of the City and Westminster Group Plc scandal that went bust with debts of over six million pounds in 1990, this scam was dreamed up by Arron Gershfield, Ian Harries, and Andrew Greystoke, (Just fined 400.000 by the FSA. Obviously birds of a feather. Since then Aaron has gone from strength to strength in his devious quest for money and people to cheat.
His famous pay day loans scam had its little bubble bust by the Nevada authorities and had to pay $1000000 dollars to evade full blown prosecution.
This band of rogues has had a recent addition to their numbers a Mr Mark Gottlieb a Director of the Rovinge group (six companies) plus Eyecare International, Eyeservices, and Automobile care Ltd, Mark is emerging a the heavy mob the front man who is meant to scare people but as a failed media guru he scares nobody.
This rag tag bunch of crooks are a disgrace and why they have not been stopped in their tracks is also a disgrace, although behind the scenes things are on the move to do just that several government agencies are on their trail. Health and safety for the
trailers they are using built by unskilled polish workers and not certified they are a death trap waiting for victims . A Trade and industry investigation team is undertaking a full investigation over their trading record over 230 companies registered since 1984 but they have every trading name number and trading address ever used by them. The inland revenue for tax evasion and other crimes, The border agency ,just to name a few.
I sincerely hope that they will get everything that comes their way.
The Harris Holdings is the ultimate parent to every crooked venture and owns the building in Whetstone through Transview Properties ( another name recently in the news as they tried to get out of a 2.5 millions payment to City Cites the previous owners of the building they lost the case and the appeal and Gershfield, Harries, Kleyman were branded liars by the appeal judges,
Harris Holdings has numerous aliases and locations but they need to know it has all been found for example he migrated the Harris holdings from Guernsey to Belize in august 2009 with an opening balance of 172,000 a very modest sum for someone hiding the millions he stole from people bank account but he has accounts in Gibaralter under the Atlantic Trust, In Bermuda under The amended Harris family trust or the J B H Harris Trust, then of course their is India, Sri-Lanka and Costa Rica
He is running out of places to hide his ill gotten gains
Aaron Gershfield is a craven coward he runs from confrontation hiding behind his right hand partner Ian Harries who with his polite quiet manner puts on the supreme act of peacemaker but in reality is as slippery as his partner and every bit as crooked,
These people are rotten to the core as I know from personal experience and I for one will be first in line to give a statement to the press or government when their balloon goes up I have seen the paper trail to support everything stated on this report,
We am making i a mission in life to expose this bunch of deceptive, crooked and rotten individuals once and for all
