EZ Aouto Sales ,Johnny's Suzuki they overcharge me. Moncks Corner South Carolina
I purchased a 2000 Kia Sephia from EZ Sales on April 2007 for $ 6999. With the financing it came to over $ 8000. This car appraised by the county only for $ 1650. It broke down every month after the first 30 days. After a year I wanted to trade in and they never gave me a correct appointment and in one of the phone coversations they offer me way older cars because i wasnt able to come up with at least 1000 dollars cash.
I wrote them a letter and ask them to take the car back and call it even with all the payments that I made (almost 3000 dollars) they never returned my calls and mails. I wonder how come they are not being inspect for the prices. And the cars on the commercials never there or never prices as told.

A dealer can charge anything they want to for a car. There are no laws against this, nor should there be. It's called Free Enterprise, but apparently you are not familiar with the concept. Try trading this car with another dealership, you might come out better.
