 I've never encountered such an unprofessional and unethical company in my life . I chose to use a moving company to help alleviate any additional stress moving across country may cause .. ive had nothing but problems almost from the beginning. Our initial rep was extremely pushy and did not disclose that we would not be refunded $988 if we were to cancel their services . We paid an additional $1200+ when our quote increased . Our movers took forever to actually load the truck . We were told they would take down all beds and pack . They did not . They dropped our items off of the truck and no one mentioned it to us . They were irritated that we had so much stuff. Apparently they were told we only had boxes .. The majority of our items were left behind and we had to pay another $300+ to rent a trailer to take some of our items left behind . When I booked the service I was told my pick and delivery payment could be made by card .4 reps confirmed this prior to pick up. At pick up I was told I had to get cash or a money order ,I spoke with another agent who was very aggressive and argumentative who then stated their credit card machine would be down for 72hrs ..i was told I would be called for the payment . That was Sunday 4/16 I didn't get a call with a FINAL price and weight of my items until the following Thursday . I then was told I could not make a credit card payment by phone I would have to send them a photo of my credit card . Then another agent stated they wouldn't take credit card payments and I would have to send them cash or a money order ..

I've now talked with easily 12 different agents ,"managers" and the "owner ". However no one seems to know what owner called me or manager. I've been harassed and bullied and now threatened with fees if i do not pay within 30 minutes and my items HAVE YET TO SHOW UP AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS Multiple people are trying to get final payment prior to even delivering my items This is the worst company and I am appalled at how they have conducted themselves throughout this process

I would love to have the opportunity to help you out but you did not even post the phone number of the company that you're talking about that makes absolutely no sense.   Do you know how many people come to this website to try to be advocates to help other people out obviously you do not.

 You need to give as much information as possible because more than likely there somebody that follows this website that would like to pick up the phone and try to help you resolve the issue but you did not post the phone number I personally would've loved to been able to call them and try to work out the issue for you.

 

 Now do yourself a big favor and post the phone number of the company that you tried to do business with.
