I AM A BUSINESS CUSTOMER WITH THIS COMPANY AND I HAVE ALWAYS PAID MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT THAT THEY TAKE OUT THE MONEY ON.
THE PROBLEM IS THEY PROMISED TO SEND ME A MONTHLY STATEMENT WICH SHOULD GIVE ME THE TIMES AND THE CARS USING THE PASSES.
i HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR A YEAR NOW AND HAVE NEVER RECIEVED ONE OF THESE STATEMENTS.
I HAVE GONE INTO THEIR OFFICES IN SECAUCUS NJ AND WAS TOLD SORRY WE ONLY SERVICE INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS IN THE OFFICE AND BUSINESS CUSTOMERS HAVE TO CALL THE 800#.
YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF WINNING THE LOTTERY THAN TO GET THRU ON THE 800# SO WHERE DO I GO WHO DO I CALL I DONT WANT TO GO TO A LAWYER BUT I FEEL THEY GIVE ME NO OTHER CHOICES.
THIS IS WHAT NJ SAYS WILL HELP MAKE THE ROAD WAYS LESS CONGESTED BUT I GUESS THEY NEVER LOOKED INTO HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
