This exact email was in my spam folder today. As a law student I know it's in fact a scam, however they have my social security number. Has this happened to anyone as well??

I received this email yesterday and exact working except for name and case #. But here is the deal, they sent it an email that I only use for job searches. And I don't do payday loans.
I went to the website and it is states that "EzPaydayCash is not a lender and is only a matching service." So if is not a lender, how could anyone get a cash advance?
Plus the email that is sent from is a hotmail.com account, if it was legit, it would be from the company domain.
This is a complete SCAM!!
I have reported this to my State General Attorney Office, local DA office and state bureu of investigations.
