Ezylogo was experiencing technical problems whilst relocating for 2 weeks. In that busy time we made every effort to respond to each email and provide high quality work for every client. Richard has been sent 4 logo proofs since his order, to the point of a near approval of the logo. Richard never complained about the first logo proof, so we did not need to start from scratch on a new design, we took his alterations and reponded. Since May 2003 Ezylogo has had 350+ satisfied clients, this is the very first complaint. Ezylogo never offered a 48 hour guarantee, the website says "48 hour average turnaround on first proof".
