Complaint Review: Face 2 Face Sales Solutions - Internet

1st, i have worked for F2FSS for a year now and what i have found out is that there are alot of people that come in to this job expecting free money. this job is hard i will give you that so if you want free money this job is not for you also if that is what you are looking for good luck businesses do not give money away for no reason. i have also found the people that want to put in the time and effort f2fss will compensate as well as any other company. the deal is that if you knock on the amount of doors we recommend then you will get the sales.

2nd, f2fss sends out reports daily to ensure that the agents have the information necessary to keep all of their sales in a good status. if the sale cancels that means that f2fss does not get paid so why would f2fss pay the person that made the sale. the people on this site saying they dont get paid is stupid if they would pay attention and do the customer service part of the job they would know why they are not getting some of their money. in conclusion if you are motivated and organized then this is a great job.

if you cant be your own boss and take care of what you need to then keep looking also dont look for a sales job go find a job at a desk making minimum wage with no way of making more money. if you dont realize that sales jobs are based on how much time and energy put into the job is how much money you get out of the job then you are in the wrong field. Where else can you have an entry level position with a company and have truly an unlimited earning potential. You just have to sale with quality. Where the customer you sold gets installed and keeps their services. Basically you just have to sale with quality. NOT bait and switch.

I can attest to this scam review of Face 2 Face.  During my month there, I performed well and made numbers higher than the rest of my hiring class.  I thought there was good potential to this job.  However, I quickly found out that they were "skimming off the top".  My checks seemed suspicious, since the sales commission I made kept not getting paid out even though the orders had not been cancelled.  I brought it up publically at the daily meeting that they hold mandatory.  The woman, Anna, who runs the show at the Manhattan office never really gave me a straight answer to why I never received my sales commission other than saying "sometimes it takes longer".  This is contradictory to the two-week payout timeline that they market in the job ads.  She had a grudge against me since I had brought up the subject publically in front of the other sales reps.  I got sick for four days and couldnt come into work so they terminated me without notice.  The woman Anna didnt even notify me, I simply went into the office and was told by the receptionist that my checks will be mailed to me in 4-6 weeks.  4-6 weeks?? What kind of business are they running?  Complete thieves and scam artists.  Avoid working for them, you will not be compensated and you will spend a lot of money and energy working in the field.  AVOID at all costs! 

Chris Ungarino is behind face to face and that's not good that MOTHER F@$#&^ owes me money $1587.00 from when I worked with TRG. Chris Ungarino always changes the pay plan every day. How could anyone work with this thief.................I hope he see this, and see what that c**k su#%$ have to say. So the first person who wrote on this page is right. Face to Face is screw as long as that assh*LE is running the show. Also I wonder Verizon is aware of this.

I'm sorry that you feel this company is a scam but I can assure it is not. Face 2 Face is a real company looking for real talent and if you took half a minute to actually come in and meet the people who make up this company you would realize that. We work with Fortune 500 companies to provide them with the sales people they need out in the field.

Just because members of our executive team have worked with other companies in the past does not mean that they were the individuals causing the shady dealings at these other businesses. In fact, this is the reason they left the companies when they did. They did and still do not approve of what was going on in those businesses. TRG bought Reese brothers and that is when you notice a slip in quality.

Face 2 Face provides one of the best work environments you will ever find in the sales business. Just because you chose not to take the opportunity with this company, this does not give you the right to bad mouth a place you have never even worked. You should consider working for a company before you attempt to review it.

This is most certainly a real job and only the right people should consider this job as it is not for everyone. Good luck seeking employment because with an attitude like your's, I'm sure you'll end up working some place you hate.
