Face2Face is a medium sized business that has grown very rapidly. They literally went from one person to over 150 people in 1.5 years. They are located in 10+ cities mostly along the East Coast. Yes, they have seen some growing pains, but overall, the time I spent there was very enjoyable. Their clients are Verizon, Direct Energy, Comcast, DTV, and some security companies. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Sales is tough whether it's business to business or business to consumer. I have moved on to the health care field and it is just as competitive and cutthroat as the energy and telecommunications fields. The companies that employ Face2Face are typically paying them 100% commission, so yes, there is some risk because they are paying fixed expenses, and most of the sales reps are 100% commission. I have seen reps leave after a short amount of time, and not make much, and I have seen reps make well over $100k in NY, NJ, VA and PA. These sales positions like most - you get what you put into it. From my experience, they provide the tools necessary to get the job done, but it requires a strong work ethic and a willingness to work 6.5 - 8 hours/day.
