Before I ordered the product on line I called the company to find out what their return policy was. I was told I had 14 days from the date I ordered to call and cancel so on February 22 2017 I ordered the Image Revive. 2 days later I received the Image Revive as well as a serum which I did not order. On line when you are ordering the serum pops up and says who doesn't want to look beautiful. If you don't click it off, guess what you've ordered it. I phoned that day and was told I did not click serum add.Therefore I ordered it. Immediately I cancelled. I was given until April 16 to return. Items. Returned March 28 at 1:23 pm to address given by them. On May 15 two charges were on my mc. What a shock. That day spoke to customer service and was tolmproduct not received to warehouse on time. I kept post office receipt with tracking number. Was told it was received April 4. Followed all instructions so now apparently the warehouse did not let them know. I stated that was not my fault so they could give me 30 percent back? Demanded to speak with. His boss. After 15 minutes on hold was told manager no available. He will call back within 24 hrs. Still waiting. The two supervisors names were Jeff Adams and Chris Joseph. Lol. So I see there are other stories out there just the same. as mine.
