It was back in Sept 2008 $5000:00 was paid up front to the Director of Facebookster, Hakim Sadik for an application on Facebook. As per his own contract, the application would be complete and online within 6 weeks of payment. Well a year later it still was not complete.



Numerous email and phone calls have gone unanswered. I am completely dissatisfied with his conduct to a customer paying alot of money. When I do eventually get thru on his phone he hangs up, so he has very bad bussiness ethics and does not seem to care about customer issues.



I am requesting a full refund now and obviously he does not wish to entertain any such issues.



The company is now trading as Avenue Social Inc. I would just like to advise other would be customers to stay well clear of any of his companies.

Thank you for such a prompt response and explanation to your telephone hangups.Your project/communications manager has been in touch but after a few emails the contact has been lost again. He has dutifully agreed to refund the full amount and is offering to make good on the application as a token gesture.

This is not acceptable as nothing satisfactory came out since the initial application idea, which as you are well aware was way back in Sept 2008.

I am therefore requesting a full refund of $5000.00 at the earliest convinience.

Perhaps you could send me your ten directors emails or names so that I can relate this whole issue to them also.

I would like to clarify a few things.

I did not hangup on you. I was on a conference call meeting overseas when you called. When the line got disconnected, I could not pick up your call as I was talking on the other line overseas.

I have always answered your calls and questions. First of all, I am not the boss of Facebookster and therefore cannot process your refund without due dilligence and approval of all directors.. Facebookster is owned by a whole board of directors which consist of over 10 directors.

Customer satisfaction has always been our prime motto and thats the main reason so many brands and fortune 500 companies work with us. I have asked your relevant project manager to get in touch with you by tomorrow or maximum the day after to resolve this issue. If you are still not satisfied with the resolution your project manager will provide then we will present this case in front of the board to get your refund approved. Once this is done, your funds wil be refunded promptly.
