Factory Direct Installations, LTD They are not reputable!! They are out of business!! All info about this company is now DEFUNCT!!!! The locations in St. Rose, LA, Harahan, and Metairie, LA, are NOW CLOSED! Even if the St. Rose loca metarie, Louisiana
Ditto to the previous consumer report, of Sept 5th, 2012. This company , at all locations given is a rip-off conclamorate! Not reputable! No good phone numbers to cover their warrantied products and or services. DO NOT use this company, no matter where they may pop up, in the world!! St. Rose MAY have gone under, due to Hurricane Issac, but when one calls the given ph#, the phone is off the hook, for days, at a time! The 668 Distributors Row address, in Harahan, is a JOKE!! (I drove out to the address given- it's now a movie studio company! ); The 504-734-3885 and the 504-734-3400 and the 504-466-2166 phone numbers are just not good working phone numbers. I'm disappointed, and will never refer this company to anyone. If I find them, and I will, they'll have hell to pay!
