Sorry that particular Google site is under the name of Orlando
Transmission Repair. That's probably one of their new names since the
Lee road shop was supposed to be closed down. They often move and change
their names. I wonder why.......?? I believe they also go by the name
of All transmissions world and Remanufactured Transmission. But it's the
same people. They also took down some of their fake reviews on their
other Google site......... probably after reading my last post. They do that quite often...... they'll probably put them back up soon.

These people are such liars. They lie so much they can't even keep
their lies straight anymore. I saw this fake "random customer"
review on their Google site......... it'll probably be taken down after
they realize their mistake. Could this possibly be the same Rob that they accuse me of
being? I wonder does he know he's a ex employee. Maybe he works there for free now as
punishment.
Tom ? - Aug 11, 2011
We had a Honda accord and an F-150 fixed at
Factory Direct Transmission and both cars run great. They had fair
pricing (vs the dealership) and the workmanship was great. Rob hooked us
up! We recommend these guys esspecially when it comes to Imports.

These people are pathetic! They wouldn't know the truth if it ran them over! Now they want to claim that I'm a disgruntled ex employee. Let me get this straight, first I was a competitor, then I was a former customer by the name of Monique. Now I'm supposed to be a former employee? What about the customer (Monique)whose personal info you posted on line in retaliation, because you thought that I was them?
They also slandered them by posting what they said was their criminal past on several review sites
and made all kinds of threats to them. What does that say about you (FDT)? Who will I be tomorrow? You just don't want people to know the truth........that we are former customers that were ripped off by you. I don't like to be taken advantage of by anyone and I don't like to see anyone else taken advantage of either.
You defraud people everyday, and I want as many people to know that as possible. I would never have been a former employee of yours because I wouldn't want to be part of a business that rips people off for a living! I'm sure you'll probably post some more of your fake customer comments after this...... This is the original response from the owner taken from one of their sites. If you look near the bottom of his new post up above, you'll notice he didn't even have the sense to change the she to a he.

Factory Direct Transmission - Saturday, August 06, 2011
Again... This person is not a customer. She is a known con artist who
is under investigation for trying to blackmail small business owners
into giving her money. She has been cutting and pasting the same
complaints on every single website that we advertise on. Other shops
have contacted us about her and her complaint is just an attempt to
extort money our business. Extortion (also called shakedown,
outwresting, and exaction) is a criminal offence which occurs when a
person unlawfully obtains either money, property or services from a
person(s), entity, or institution, through coercion. Anyone can post a
complaint on ripoffreport.com with a computer and 5 min. of their time.
We take care of our customers and we save people money every day when
they need the savings the most. Before we discoverd this person was
trying to shake us down we offered several times to meet with her and
come to a fair resolution to her so called complaint and she refused to
meet with us but only wanted us to send her money without a face to face
meeting. We currently have FDLE investigating her and she can tray all
she wants to extort money from us but our (real) customers know that we
have a good reputation, affordable prices and customer service second
to none. Please ignore her and keep voting Factory Direct Transmission

This person is not a customer. He is a disgruntled former employee who was
terminated for poor customer service practices. We have a standard that is very
high when it comes to customer service. We terminated his position and that's
when the fake complaints started. He has been cutting and pasting the same
complaints on every single website that we advertise on. He is trying to hurt
the reputation of this company as he had done with 2 previous employers in the
past. We hired a internet investigator to track this person through URL and IP
addresses and it turned out to be someone we know and someone customers know
from our Lee Rd Location. We are weighing our legal options right now so please
ignore this person and the false reviews they have posted... Anyone can post a

Are the religious postings meant for me or you (Factory Direct)? Are you trying to exorcise me
or something? I just want to know so I can be prepared. I'm Baptist btw. It's funny that they
should make all these religious posts when the user name that they used on one review site
is Diablo666.
I think they are a bit confused. Consumer 11 on this site is also them, the review "Get over it
already"......... it's the same fake review from their Google site. They didn't even have enough
sense to change my user name. They just copied and pasted it like it was. Whoever has
been responding has been inhaling way too many exhaust fumes for way too long.

It appears that whomever litalknowledge4u2 may have a personal problem with your company. I see them posting on every site. I read your complaint but it looks like the owner or employee from factory direct transmission has offered you a chance to resolve your issue and you have declined so what is your freakin problem? Either take the oppertunity or move on with the decision you made. Posting all this madness only makes you look a bit crazy. If someone offered me a resolution to an issue and it meant putting something behind me I would most likely take it. Maybe you need to get laid or something. But get over it already you nut job... Children are starving in Africa, the Middle East is at war with us, our justice system found Casey Anthony not guilty... You really should focus all your negativity toward a more just cause. Jen

Begin by holding the crucifix, saying "In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit," (making the sign of the Cross while doing that), then say the Apostles Creed.
On the single bead just above the cross, pray the "Our Father." This and all prayers of the rosary are meditative prayers.
VIDEO: The Mystery of the Holy Rosary The next cluster has 3 beads. The "Hail Mary" prayer is said on these three beads. You pray the 3 Hail Marys while meditating on the three divine virtues of faith, hope, and love/charity.
On the chain or cord after the three beads, say the "Glory be..."
On the next bead, which is a single bead, you announce the first divine mystery of contemplation. For example, if it were a Monday, you would say the first Joyful Mystery is "The Annunciation", at this point you pray the "Our Father" prayer.
Now this will bring you to the first decade, or set of 10 beads of the Rosary. You will then pray 10 Hail Marys while contemplating the first mystery, example: The Annunciation.
After the 10th Hail Mary you will have completed the first of 5 decades which make up a Chaplet of the Rosary. You now come to another single bead, at this point, you pray the... Glory be to the Father... then (on the same bead) pray the O My Jesus... then (on the same bead) announce the next or second mystery. For example: if its Monday and your praying the Joyful Mysteries, the second Joyful Mystery is The Visitation. At this point you pray the Our Father....
You will now come to the second decade or group of 10 beads, you will now pray the 10 Hail Marys while contemplating the appropriate mystery.
You continue to pray the rosary the same way throughout. If your intention is to pray a Chaplet (a single set of mysteries) at the end of the fifth mystery you will come back to the joiner, this is where the decades all join with the lower part of the rosary which contains the cross. When you come to the joiner, you decide whether or not you wish to say another Chaplet or end. If you decide to say another Chaplet you simply announce the next mystery and continue. If you wish to end, you simply say the Glory Be To The Father, the O My Jesus, The Our Father and end the rosary with the Hail Holy Queen and the sign of the Cross........

Unbelievable! These guys are posting their fake customer reviews! The same ones they put up on every review site. If that isn't bad enough now they are "using" prayers too. As a religious
person I'am deeply offended by that. Don't use religion to sell your illegitimate repair business!
If the folks at Factory Direct want people to believe that they are just good hearted Christians, why don't they refund the money they scammed from customers? They also might want to start following
the eighth commandment "Thou shalt not steal".

This claim is made by a person who is only trying to hurt the reputation of a company with a great BBB rating and has helped thousands of people save money. This person is cut and pasting negative fake reviews on every single website we advertise on. If this were a real customer they would have contacted us months ago when we offered to resolve this so-called issue. They have chosen not to resolve anything but instead has wasted so much time online posting, then taunting us with personal messages and links to their fake reviews. We currently have the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, a private investigator and a internet expert working to track this person through their URL and IP address to pursue State and Federal charges of Fraud, Extortion, Slander, Cyber Bullying and much more.
Factory Direct Transmission has an outstanding reputation for good quality, affordable pricing, honesty, integrity and perhaps trying too hard to make everyone happy. If this were a real customer we'll say this one last time.
"If you have a problem with a repair, the price, the service or anything what-so-ever... Please contact John at 407-298-1800 or visit any one of our locations in person or just email us at [email protected]. We will address your concern and do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. If this so called customer contacts us and has a legitimate complaint we will stop the investigation with FDLE and will not pursue charges against them. But until this so called customer comes to us we will press on with our investigation and purue legal action to the fullest extent and follow it with Civil Action too"... If you would like to see the many customers who hav had great exp. with Factory Direct Transmission check our google ads and repair pal ads for reviews and information. http://maps.google.com/maps/place?rlz=1T4GGLL_enUS385US386&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=factory+direct+transmission&fb=1&gl=us&hq=factory+direct+transmission&hnear=0x88e77739cc157c19:0xd71d0f8ffc80e888,Apopka,+FL&cid=6962572656682584385&ei=GaI0TrnzGoK2tgf3mYH5DA&sa=X&oi=local_result&ct=placepage-link&resnum=1&ved=0CB4Q4gkwAA

Honest, Dependable and in your corner I just picked up my Lincoln Aviator a few hours ago from these guys and my husband and I could not be more impressed with their level of service. When I first called for an estimate on replacing the flywheel of our vehicle the owner of the company gave me a penny by penny breakdown of what it would cost and why. They went out of their way to return our starter that was still under warranty instead of charging us for a new one. When we picked up the vehicle it was a little dirty on the inside so my husband went in just to get a rag to wipe down the steering wheel and seat and instead the owner came out and cleaned it himself. The price was way under budget since they helped us save money wherever they could. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We live in Ocoee and will drive out to Altamonte any day to get transmission work done by these guys!!!!
Great service and pricing! stellar Look... I'm not one to post reviews online about anything. but I must say... the guys at Factory Direct Transmission in Altamonte really hooked me up. It sucks (transmission issues) any way you slice it but these guys were the only ones that where affordable and honest!!!!!!!!!
