The product came in a reasonable amount of time, however it was missing a part. I emailed twice, without a response over the period of 6 days. I finally called customer service and was put on hold for about 20 minutes, then after dealing with the first rep, he said they do not have the part and they will send an RMA to return the product and get a new one. I was expected to pay for the shipping, which is unacceptable. I called back asking for a return label and was told they do not do that, and I will have to pay. I asked to speak to the manager and was "disconnected". I called back and immediately requested a manager, who was trying to help, but was unsuccessful. Finally, a rep called me and said they found a wire on ebay for $2.50 and I have to pay for the item, but they would reimburse me. I then began researching on what was to be included with the product... I found out that I was missing the batteries and a quick start guide along with the part that was supposed to connect the headset to the xbox controller. I also noticed some light wear on the headset, which leads me to believe that this product was refurbished. This is false advertising, especially since the product says that it is new. The BBB has received over 300 complaints regarding this company over the past 6 months. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I have disputed the charge with my credit card, and have filed a formal complaint. I want to return the product with a full refund, including any charges I may incur for shipping the product back (even though they should simply provide a return label)."
