United States of America#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

I feel bad that you think of this company in this way. I happen to know that this company "hires" people to do these surveys and yes they do over book because some people never show up or cancel. As far as "qualifying" you, it is not the individual person who calls you that makes that process strict. It is the company who wants the information from the consumers that determines who they want and for what reason. Sometimes a person does not qualify for one survey but qualifies for another. Some people may qualify for all or most as well as maybe even none. It just depends what the company wants. Facts n Figures has been around since the 70's and have never had a problem before. If you feel that you sign up to get "hired" then get canceled or let go, then you must know that it is usually the companies that Hire Facts n Figures that cancel. Facts n Figures lose money in this too.
If you feel that Facts n Figures is a scam, It's not. And these surveys that "Hire" you for your opinion are all strictly voluntary. No one is forcing you to come in and participate. Only you had the choice to sign up and accept the money that has been offered to you. You were told before-hand how much you were to going to get paid at the time of the job. It was up to you to decide if it was worth your time or not. And besides, anytime you have to go somewhere, even a job or interview or anything important, Don't you ask for directions or GoogleMap it??? Don't YOU have to ask the location inside the mall in case they forget to tell you? Most of the recruiters assume that you know where they are sending you since they talk to so many people they don't know who was sent where and when.
I hope you begin to feel differently about this company. And if you still feel it is a scam then remove your name from the database! Simple As That!
