Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company makes promises and or agreements and then acts like they didn't. They act like they know nothing and just keep putting you on hold. They do not keep there word and you can't believe anything said. They are ugly to you on the phone also, no respect! They hold money in suppense and make you look late. They don't waive fees as promised and they take fees out of your payments that aren't authorized or even known about. You never get statements on time and they never seem to post payments correctly.

I just had a conversation with someone there that told me the money had been taken out of suppense and applyed to two payments (Jan. and Feb.) {This was promised before so I wont believe it till I see it.} I said to this person "what about the fact that it looks like I've been late all this time." Ofcourse, I'm put on hold and then she comes back and says "is there anything else I can help you with". At this point I gave-up. Same old thing and you just get sick of it!

I was crying and very upset back in Oct. because of how an employee was treating me on the phone. Everything that I've seen here in this sight is the samething happening to us. We have 8 children and can't afford an atty. and ofcourse like many here~ we can't refinance do to credit.

I would like to note here also that on the back of our mortg. statement it has a list of {special servicing reguest and fee schedule} It has listed a "modification" which means a "mortgage modification". Cost of 350.00.

I called three sep. times and got three sep. answers. "Yes, We do mort. mods~ 2 times I got this answer and one time I got a no." It's listed as a service~ can we make them do one then?? I think you should look up mort. modification on google and then everyone try and get one! Our rate is 11% and we need it reduced. We really would like to get out from under this company but we don't now how we can. Anyone who can help please email us. Thanks

Kim I am having the same problems as you...I have contacted HUD, Federal Trade Commission and local TV and Newspaper. The State is interesterd if you don't mind contact the paper and ask for the reporter who is doing something on prediotry lending. Also contact your stat rep and county rep and let them know what is going on. I am waitng for them to try to foreclose on me but will be filing a suit against them. There are company that will help.
