Fairbanks Capital Corp ripoff Hyattsville Maryland
Fairbanks carried one account as two accounts. I had constant harrashment calls, letters after letters. They were very rude. Even tho they knew that the account they were forclosing on was closed they went forward anyway.
Fairbanks Capital Corp filed for for forclose on my house. My attorney attemted over and over to stop their action by faxing to them the court document indicating that the case was no longer open. They said that they would conduct an investigation and did not forclose. They also took out flood insurance on the account that did not exist as well as the existing account. When they closed out the closed account they dropped the insurance therefor dropping the insurance on the open account.
Fairbanks increased my mortage payment on the open account but dropped in because I no longer had insurance on the non existing account and said that they would only refund my payments after I show proof of insurance. But, they were the one that took out the insurance.
