The worst Loan Servicing Company of all-time. I am glad that my family is not the only one affected by these people.

We were with Household, and then we were transferred to this loan servicing company. We dealt with them before on another home. We ended up refinancing the loan under a different company to get away from their incompetence.

The latest problem, our loan was transferred to Fairbanks by way of Wells Fargo back in October. We paid every month on time. Then in January after we sent the January payment. They contacted us and stated that we two months behind, and that we going into collections.

Of course, we called and asked them what happen to our payments. They stated that they did not receive them. We always paid with Bank Cashiers checks, just to avoid any issues of payments, being not received, or cashed by someone else.

We contacted our bank and they stated that both Cashiers checks were cashed by Fairbanks, and gave us transaction numbers as well. We then went back and forth with them on where are payments were.

We then received a call from their attorney on the matter, and he stated that it was going into foreclosure process. We then forwarded him our proof of payment from the bank. Needless to say, they ceased the foreclosure process for now to do a so-called investigation. It has been two months and we have yet to hear anything from them on resolving the matter..

Their informed us that it was on hold and to continue sending in the payments. We sent in the February payment. They sent it back, stating that it was insufficient and that we need to send in December and February.

Every time we call to get some status on this issue, and to find what happen to our payments. We get conflicting information. One person tells us that these payments were received, but applied to some so-called fee. When we ask, what are the fees for?" No one knows. We then get that they are researching where the money went, yet they do not accept our payment.
