Fairbanks Capital ripoff, payment plan monies not applied correctly, they say I still owe after ALL fees; I say ripoff deception Jacksonville Nationwide
I arranged a payment plan with Fairbanks Capital to cover a
missed mortgage payment. I made the call, they gave me a payment amount Pre-authorized via my checking account and funds were withdrawn 3 consecutive moths. I was told this brought me to current.
Now a get a demand letter, threat of foreclosure. My extra payments went to corporate fees???
I go to a lawyer today.
