Complaint Review: Fairbanks - Jax Florida

Just wondering.... First, Thank You Robin! Second, Dose anyone else wonder if Craig "sold out" BEFORE he officially announced it? Think about it. FB is sly, and cunning. I would not put it past them. I, along with others, provided personal information towards the end (just before Craig disappeared for awhile)I am sure that this information was turned over to FB. What better way to work on FB's defense? Know what they were up against? I personally think that towards the "end" of the conti-Fairbanks website, that a "deal" was already in the making. Do you remember when the site went down (or was srcambled rather) a week or two BEFORE the "big conference?" It seems very strange that A) Craig would travel cross country (basically by himself) and B)That FB knowing all they did/do about the members on Craig's website that they thought they could stop it all by buying out two people?. I don't buy it. I think the last month or so was "discovery phase" for FB to gather information. FB is much smarter than that! So for Craig.... You DID NOT single handedly go after FB! Without all us VICTIMS you would have been nothing more than another loud voice. So stop taking credit for something that you most definetly, do not deserve. You may as well close your Fairbanks site because you will not catch anymore "fish." This "fish" (along with others)is not biting! Give us a little credit for being smarter than that!

When I read you'r letter to Craig, I cried, you truly said everything my family has felt and gone through over the past 2 years, we are one of the lucky one's we refinanced, when I got the letter from fairbanks (PAID IN FULL)I almost wet my pants! Call me crazy, but I put that letter in a safty deposit box!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will tell you it is because of Jayne Miller we where able to get away from Fairbanks, she came to my home in Savage, Md and interviewed me about Fairbanks,when my story aired it was'nt 2 weeks later we had refi and away from Fairbanks. So as long as there is 1 family out there being victimized by Fairbanks we all will care until the last family has had there justice!

Robin thank you for putting into words that we all feel. Craig talked me into giving personal information to FB. I too believe that he can not be trusted. He has stabbed us in the back and has joined forces with FB. But we are more determind then ever to see FB go down. Thank you Robin for saying what we all feel about Craig.

I have wondered what happened to you. I thought perhaps you had chosen to fade out of the Fairbanks picture entirely.

According to the post submitted by Frank, evidently you were spending your time sharpening your knives to cut the throats of those who helped you!

Your behavior as described is unethical and immoral, leading me to believe that you have truly "joined" Fairbanks body, mind and spirit!

Sometimes a person feels that he must, for whatever reason, walk away from something for his own reasons. People get tired. People get discouraged. I can respect that.

What I cannot respect is the attempt to turn on and belittle the very people whom you and Brian used to get your own mess cleared up! To make their problems seem insignificant when, not so long ago, you were in the same boat with them. What kind of a person are you? How can you live with yourself?

"Only EIGHT HUNDRED COMPLAINTS on this site"? Eight hundred families thrown out into the street or suffering under tremendous pressure to satisfy the gaping maw of Fairbanks. I wonder how many families have been torn apart over the years because of the stress generated by dealing with Fairbanks? How many divorces? How many physical and/or mental breakdowns? Don't you care at all about this any longer?

Do you ever stop to think about this, not as abstract numbers, but as PEOPLE? Living, breathing human beings who are just trying to make their way in the world without being devoured alive by the monster you are now helping? Have you become the embodiment of Fairbanks, unfeeling, uncaring? How can you find it in yourself to aid and abet Fairbanks in their crimes against your friends and neighbors?

I advocated for you (and Brian) when it became obvious that you were being incorporated into Fairbanks. You had the opportunity to do so much good. Instead you have chosen to subvert that opportunity into....what? A chance to vent your spleen over some imagined slight? A chance to throw your weight around now that you are in the clear? A chance to become a hired gun for Fairbanks?

There are many things I would like to know. And many things I would like to say to you. However, I would probably find myself banned not only from this site, but from the entire Internet for the rest of my natural life! Yes, it really is THAT BAD...

I woefully underestimated your commitment to your own cause. It is painfully obvious that you are committed only to yourself, and now Fairbanks. How sad, there are so few heroes left in the world today....

Folks have posted on this site saying that Fairbanks was just too much for them and they have simply abandoned their homes of many, many years. Just walked away. I cannot imagine the feelings that must accompany a decision like that. It has to be like losing a very close family member or friend. Those folks have a grace and a dignity even in their sorrow that you will never possess. These are my heroes; they demonstrate courage under fire. And you are their sniper, doing all in your power to bring them down! How can you?

Fairbanks will fall and right will prevail; it is just a matter of time. You are just one more cog in the Fairbanks engine. You are outnumbered and way outclassed by the folks that are still involved in trying to fight for their homes. When that fall comes, you will go down with Fairbanks to be forever remembered as a traitor to your own ideals.

If you truly feel that you cannot advocate for these folks any longer, please, PLEASE, just walk away. Do not undo the good you have done in the past. Go home, live your life, indulge in a little therapy (anyone who changes their mindset as quickly as you did surely has "issues") and try to be happy. Do not actively work against these people any longer. You are degrading and demeaning yourself. You have no idea how small it makes you look.

CRAIG from borrowers.com wrote in the letter to the media THAT we are nothing because we only have 50 people posting complaints. He even put down rip-offreport for only having 800 complaints. Did he forget the many thousands of hits to his condi-fairbanks site that FAIRBANKS forced him to close down , AND WHY DID FAIRBANKS FORCE HIM TO CLOSE DOWN , BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T LIKE THAT THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS WERE BEING POSTED. THEY TRY TO DENY WE EVEN EXCIST , HE IS LIKE BAGDAD BOB THEY ARE NO VICTIMS , THERE ARE NO VICTIMS BREATHING DOWN OUR BACKS!!!!!!!!!! FAIRBANKS THINKS THAT IF THEY DENY US MANY TIMES THEN WE WILL JUST DISSAPEAR .

RIP-OFF REPORT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD TO ALL OF US , THERE IS A LOT OF VERY GOOD INFORMATION HERE , RIP-OFF REPORT WAS VERY GOOD TO CRAIG BUT HE SEEMS TO HAVE FORGOTTEN SO LETS ALL REMIND CRAIG HOW GENEROUS THIS WEBSITE HAS BEEN , EVERYBODY THAT POST TO RIPOFF REPORT PLEASE ALSO LOOK AT THE YAHOOGROUP SITE .
