Ricky and the Fairfield Ronkonkoma team are a bunch of liars and scam artists. They are rude and will provide you with no customer service. They charged us rent for 2 weeks after we vacated the apartment. We lost half of our security deposit and will have to fight them to prove we were not there. If you call the corporote office they will not return your calls. If you extend their lease they will charge you an addditional security deposit which they will find a way to keep.
We moved out April 1st and our lease end the 28th. They never told us we would be charged 2 weeks rent in May for fixing up the apartment. We told them numerous times we want to vacate the apartment but they told us we would have to pay $500 fee for breaking the lease early. He assured us that we would not be charged any additional rent after the lease expired. We were completly mislead and we are now out $1000 on our security deposit.
Ricky is the scum of this earth and the service at this complex is terrible. We put in numerous requests to fix things in the apartment and never got a response.
Please DON'T RENT FROM RICKY AND FAIRFIELD RONKONKOMA!!!!!!!!!!!!
